About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business needs based on strategic and operational objectives, and translate them into clear and detailed requirements (features).
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions aligned with business needs, including assessing their suitability as well as associated costs and benefits.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (business cases, requirements, etc.), communicate requirements to stakeholders, and ensure their understanding and validation.
  • Develop current- and future-state process maps, manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle, and contribute to change management activities.
  • Collaborate in the development of testing strategies, the identification of risks, issues, and performance indicators, and participate in testing activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • A business analysis certification and familiarity with BABOK, IIBA, Agile SAFe, and BPMN are considered assets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to influence and facilitate discussions with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Understanding of business best practices, solution-oriented approach, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role requires collaborating, both verbally and in writing, with unilingual English-speaking developers and certain vendors on a weekly basis.
