About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Enter into the compensation system a variety of transactions and operations related to the payment of compensation for the sales force such as lump-sum payments, payment authorizations, the creation of savings deductions and various remittances
- Enter changes to representatives files that have an impact on compensation
- Perform digital archiving
- Collaborate with other team members in the process of correcting commission transactions
- Follow up on files related to contracting agents and collaborate with external partners to obtain the required information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Is recognized for their attention to detail and proactivity
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills
- Has 2 years of experience in administration, accounting or a related field
- Holds a diploma in a relevant field
