About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enter into the compensation system a variety of transactions and operations related to the payment of compensation for the sales force such as lump-sum payments, payment authorizations, the creation of savings deductions and various remittances
Enter changes to representatives files that have an impact on compensation
Perform digital archiving
Collaborate with other team members in the process of correcting commission transactions
Follow up on files related to contracting agents and collaborate with external partners to obtain the required information

Requirements
