About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for ensuring the readiness, alignment, and success conditions of deployments
- Support and advise business partners in defining their needs
- Identify deployment risks, constraints, dependencies, and requirements, and propose mitigation measures
- Lead and operationalize strategies that promote adoption of deployed solutions
- Support advisors and clients in adopting and embracing changes
- Ensure alignment, consistency, and synchronization of initiatives
- Prepare and facilitate cross-functional committees and governance bodies related to deployments
- Analyze post-deployment results and formulate improvement recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7 to 10 years of experience in change management or digital adoption
- High level of autonomy and the ability to operate effectively in complex and matrixed environments
- Strong communication, influence, and mobilization skills
- Ability to exercise strategic judgment and formulate sound recommendations
- Experience in complex organizational and digital transformation initiatives
- Holds a university degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in a relevant field
- PROSCI certification (ADKAR methodology) is considered an asset
- Advanced level of proficiency in French and English
