About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take ownership of, enhance, and optimize current measurement initiatives
  • Design and implement new measurement initiatives for key moments in the client and advisor journeys
  • Explore, analyze, and synthesize Voice of Customer data and feedback
  • Advise on and operationalize concrete improvement recommendations
  • Actively collaborate with and influence various business units

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing research (or a related field)
  • Strong expertise in marketing research, particularly quantitative methods (surveys, etc.)
  • Excellent ability to analyze data and understand business realities
  • Ability to manage research projects and influence stakeholders
  • Degree in business administration, marketing, or another relevant field
  • Advanced level of English proficiency
