About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of, enhance, and optimize current measurement initiatives
- Design and implement new measurement initiatives for key moments in the client and advisor journeys
- Explore, analyze, and synthesize Voice of Customer data and feedback
- Advise on and operationalize concrete improvement recommendations
- Actively collaborate with and influence various business units
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in marketing research (or a related field)
- Strong expertise in marketing research, particularly quantitative methods (surveys, etc.)
- Excellent ability to analyze data and understand business realities
- Ability to manage research projects and influence stakeholders
- Degree in business administration, marketing, or another relevant field
- Advanced level of English proficiency
