About the role
- Manage all aspects of incoming and outgoing transfers (payments, locked-in agreements, powers of attorney, deposits, etc.)
- Process deposits related to bank transfers, group RRSPs, etc.
- Support administrative tasks for brokers: follow-ups with fund companies, deposit reconciliation and corrections, RRSP loan administration
- Analyze and process fee reimbursements
- Validate banking information entered in client accounts
- Communicate with other departments, the sales force, and advisors
- Ensure proper functioning of automated processes (robots and programs)
- Perform various related administrative tasks
Requirements
- Diploma in administration or financial services (or relevant experience an asset)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Autonomy and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team spirit
- Intermediate proficiency in English and French (bilingual, required for daily email/documentation)
