About the role
- Act as a strategic, operational, and tactical advisor to hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and adapt strategies
- Collaborate with the designated Talent & Culture Business Partner to understand priorities and share information within the team
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies via social networks and candidate databases
- Build and maintain pools of potential candidates with in-depth knowledge of the Canadian job market
- Represent iA at networking events to increase employer brand awareness
- Provide advice on best practices and mentor colleagues in Canada and the United States
- Manage each stage of the recruitment process ensuring a positive experience for employees, candidates, and clients
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience
- 5 to 8 years in advisory and recruitment roles
- Advanced sourcing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and a sustained workload
- Experience working with performance indicators/recruitment metrics
- Advanced proficiency in French (conduct interviews and lead presentations weekly)
- Knowledge of the Canadian job market and the needs of the dedicated business line
- Experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies using social networks and candidate databases
- Experience mentoring colleagues and advising hiring managers
