About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and evolve data-driven client growth strategies aimed at sustainably increasing customer lifetime value (CLV)
Translate strategic directions into clear objectives, relevant business KPIs, and expected financial outcomes
Establish and enhance measurement frameworks (KPIs) to continuously assess the contribution of initiatives to value creation
Analyze the performance of initiatives and NBA recommendations, derive insights, and recommend strategic adjustments
Leverage client, commercial, and financial data to better understand behaviors, key drivers, and performance gaps
Influence decision-making by supporting prioritization and investment choices through comparative analyses and strategic scenarios
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy, metrics, and results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business development
Analytical capabilities (financial, market, and business data)
Ability to structure complex issues, develop clear diagnostics, and formulate actionable recommendations
Strong organizational, prioritization, and issue management skills
Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and simplify complex concepts
Knowledge of insurance and wealth management sectors
University degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (MBA considered an asset)
Advanced proficiency in French and English
