About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organize and facilitate weekly Enterprise CAB and TAB meetings
- Assess the quality of high-risk changes submitted by CABs
- Approve or reject changes based on compliance, risk, and IT impact criteria
- Collaborate closely with sector CAB managers and stakeholders
- Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms
- Manage operational parameters of change enablement practices within ITSM tool
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in IT change management
- Facilitating decision-making committees
- Coordinating cross-functional processes
- Strong ability to manage group dynamics
- Experience with ITIL and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Advanced proficiency in French and English
