Senior Advisor, Relationship Marketing

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a business leader in automated and personalized marketing
- Ensure alignment between the marketing strategic vision, business needs, and technological execution
- Define, evolve, and challenge the relationship marketing strategy
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and collaborate closely with analytics, BI, martech, and IT teams
- Design and prioritize automated communication programs across the entire customer lifecycle
- Define performance indicators (KPIs) and implement tracking mechanisms
- Ensure continuous optimization of automated campaigns
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential issues
- Propose mitigation measures
- Contribute to change management within internal teams
- Ensure monitoring of best practices and trends in marketing automation, CRM, and marketing technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong expertise in marketing automation, relationship marketing, and CRM
- Knowledge of key platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Adobe)
- Familiarity with data ecosystems (CDP, Snowflake)
- Understanding of omnichannel strategies (personalization, NBA/NBO)
- Ability to translate business needs into concrete solutions and collaborate effectively with analytics teams
- Strong understanding of multichannel marketing (email, SMS, web, social media)
- Knowledge of applicable legal requirements (Law 25, CASL, PIPEDA, consent)
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Strategic mindset focused on results
- Autonomy in complex and evolving environments
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, e-commerce, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in marketing automation, relationship marketing, or CRM
- Master’s degree and knowledge of the property and casualty insurance sector are considered assets
- Functional level of French proficiency
