Key responsibilities & impact

Providing exceptional support and coverage to other Corporate Branch Managers
Assisting order affirmation team and other compliance teams
Maintaining compliance policies and procedures
Reviewing and approving new account openings
Ensuring compliance with suitability requirements
Supervising trades and advice given to clients
Overseeing Branch Manager/Representative activities
Reviewing and following up on previous day’s trades
Completing KYC update review and approval
Providing training and education to the field
Monitoring trends and implementing corrective actions
Acting as a resource for the field

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree or equivalent post-secondary education
Minimum 2-3 years of compliance supervision experience
3-5 years in the Mutual Fund Industry
Ability to understand, analyze and interpret Regulatory legislation
Team player, ability to adapt to change
Completion of the Branch Managers Course or OPD Course or PDO Course
Advanced level of French and English proficiency
