About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinating the deployment of growth and retention strategies across distribution networks, ensuring their adoption and impact on commercial performance.
- Developing and implementing growth programs and initiatives for advisors, in collaboration with the Marketing Strategy and Global CX teams.
- Leading launch plans and onboarding activities to ensure clear understanding and strong adoption by advisors and partners.
- Contributing to the planning and deployment of sales activation programs and related promotional tools.
- Ensuring alignment, consistency, and effectiveness of tools and communications to maximize engagement from internal and external partners.
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Communications, and partner teams to optimize initiatives and field approaches.
- Analyzing feedback and performance results from distribution networks to recommend continuous improvements and identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensuring an advisor and client experience aligned with the company’s ambition, while complying with applicable regulations (CAN‑SPAM, CASL).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or communications (or equivalent) and has 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Has solid experience coordinating and promoting marketing activities and campaigns in a cross‑functional environment.
- Has worked with messaging and or marketing automation platforms, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and collaboration abilities.
- Shows autonomy, resourcefulness, initiative, and excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Is recognized for rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrates strong curiosity, a keen interest in learning, and the ability to evolve in a changing environment.
- Has a good understanding of distribution networks and financial products, considered assets.
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Intermediate knowledge of the English language is required.
