About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Developing, writing, updating, and documenting business analyses in accordance with business architecture standards
- Documenting, designing, and optimizing business processes
- Working closely with business architects to define delivery strategies
- Providing leadership in the facilitation of workshops with stakeholders
- Analyzing, designing, and implementing business solutions
- Identifying, documenting, and recommending detailed solutions
- Establishing the testing strategy including user acceptance testing
- Planning and managing change management activities
- Building a climate of trust and sharing knowledge
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- At least 2 years as a business analyst
- Ideally experience in the finance, accounting, or banking sector
- CPA designation (asset)
- Strong analytical rigor
- Collaborative mindset
- Expertise in business processes and structured analysis methodologies
- Strong technological aptitude
- Proficiency in tools (Windows, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Hopex, Oracle ERP Cloud – assets)
- Intermediate level of proficiency in English
