About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as an internal reference on accounting policy (IFRS) for internal teams
Lead and take ownership of complex strategic accounting positions
Demonstrate leadership as a project lead or contributor in various strategic projects
Monitor new accounting and regulatory standards, assess impacts, and support implementation
Prepare and contribute to the evolution of financial statement templates
Actively participate in the quality control process of public financial statements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience, including significant experience in accounting policy
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA designation
Ability to operate effectively in complex and evolving environments
Strong analytical and strategic mindset
Excellent management of priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of accountability in execution of assigned mandates
