About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Providing customer service by email and phone to answer questions related to contracts across the various distribution networks
Analyzing and processing new agent contract applications, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of information
Analyzing, assessing, and processing requests related to transfers and financial compensation evaluations, in accordance with established business rules and compensation scales
Recommending approval of contracts and license sponsorship requests to the manager, in line with province-specific requirements
Entering, updating, and monitoring contract and license information in the designated administrative system
Working closely with team members to achieve shared objectives, while taking advantage of professional development opportunities (mentorship, participation in special projects, etc.)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Holds a university degree in business administration or a related field (a combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered)
Has 2 to 3 years of experience in an analytical or administrative role
Is recognized for strong analytical skills and the ability to structure information effectively
Stands out for curiosity, a continuous desire to learn, proactivity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity
Demonstrates strong autonomy as well as excellent adaptability and problem-solving skills
Has an advanced level of proficiency in French
Has an advanced level of proficiency in English.
