About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a trusted advisor to management teams across all sectors of the organization
Conduct targeted organizational diagnostics by identifying key issues and considerations from an organizational design perspective
Document the current and target states of teams in terms of operating model and ways of working
Model and assess various organizational structure scenarios to support informed decision-making
Support management teams by adopting a cross-functional perspective
Manage the full lifecycle of assigned mandates, from planning to delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 to 10 years of experience in organizational design, strategy, or organizational performance
Experience leading structured organizational diagnostics or problem-solving initiatives
University degree in a relevant field
Advanced proficiency in both French and English
