About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in implementing strategies to maximize business quality and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations
- Support the Director, Business Quality, and the Senior Compliance Advisor in the firm’s strategic projects
- Provide guidance and recommendations to ensure regulatory compliance of distribution activities
- Advise and support stakeholders and colleagues on applicable compliance rules
- Support the Career Network and the Dedicated Network with compliance advice related to the distribution of financial products and services
- Collaborate with individual compliance advisors in monitoring business practices
- Actively participate in development projects for the Career Network and the Dedicated Network
- Contribute to the development of digital tools related to distribution activities by addressing compliance aspects
- Produce and document reports for management
- Collaborate with Business Quality analysts and advisors to strengthen the compliance culture
- Participate in risk management by making recommendations, including implementing corrective measures and controls
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in law or other relevant field
- Five (5) years of experience in the financial services sector or in a similar role
- Recognized for strategic analytical skills and a client‑advisory approach
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills
- Demonstrates strong rigor, synthesis ability, and the capacity to positively influence business partners
- Advanced proficiency in English
