About the role
- Lead continuous improvement and development projects for business processes related to compensation
- Analyze, document and communicate the needs of various stakeholders
- Identify impacts on business processes and propose solutions to simplify them and increase efficiency
- Provide support to stakeholders and colleagues to ensure a coherent and effective rollout of initiatives across the Network
- Ensure orchestration, synchronization and prioritization of work across all initiatives
- Maintain alignment of work with the Network’s business objectives
- Demonstrate leadership in facilitating workshops focused on innovation, optimization and performance
- Participate in implementing business solutions by identifying required business requirements and rules
- Serve as a change management advisor to stakeholders
- Ask probing questions to identify root needs and define value-creating solutions
Requirements
- Holds a DEC (Diplôme d'études collégiales) or a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, information systems or another relevant field
- Has 2 to 4 years of experience in process optimization, business analysis, compensation, or a similar role
- Recognized for strong analytical ability and understanding of business needs
- Distinguishes themselves by the ability to synthesize, articulate and simplify complex information
- Demonstrates high agility, excellent problem-solving skills and ease working in a changing environment
- Shows excellent communication, collaboration and proactivity skills
- Acts as an ambassador for a service-oriented culture
- Knowledge of the Carrière agency network (asset)
- Advanced proficiency in English
