About the role
- Monitoring and managing the Service’s shared email inboxes and assigning requests
- Opening files in accordance with established processes
- Assisting compliance advisors and analysts in monitoring processes related to manufacturers and intermediaries
- Processing customer complaints
- Verifying qualifications of intermediaries
- Conducting investigations into intermediaries’ practices
- Participating in oversight initiatives involving distributors
- Supporting training initiatives for intermediaries
- Assisting technicians in managing access to information requests
Requirements
- Currently a student in Legal Techniques or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Recognized for rigor, commitment, professionalism, and reliability
- Strong desire to learn, high level of autonomy, and resourcefulness
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate level of English for daily communication
