About the role

  • Oversee the deployment, evolution and maintenance of financial systems.
  • Ensure governance of technology assets: access management, security, compliance and data quality.
  • Participate in initiative prioritization and portfolio management of projects.
  • Collaborate on integrating financial processes with financial systems and modules in innovation and transformation projects.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
  • Ensure sound governance of financial data within projects and proactively manage technology risks.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with IT teams, business units and external partners.
  • Support the director in defining and deploying the team’s strategic vision.
  • Coach, develop and engage a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams or staff.
  • University degree in business administration, finance, information technology or a related field.
  • Experience in project management, digital transformation or technology governance.
  • Knowledge of financial systems (ERP, reporting tools, etc.) and security and compliance issues.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Engaging leadership, political acumen and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology (SAFe) is an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
