About the role
- Oversee the deployment, evolution and maintenance of financial systems.
- Ensure governance of technology assets: access management, security, compliance and data quality.
- Participate in initiative prioritization and portfolio management of projects.
- Collaborate on integrating financial processes with financial systems and modules in innovation and transformation projects.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
- Ensure sound governance of financial data within projects and proactively manage technology risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with IT teams, business units and external partners.
- Support the director in defining and deploying the team’s strategic vision.
- Coach, develop and engage a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams or staff.
- University degree in business administration, finance, information technology or a related field.
- Experience in project management, digital transformation or technology governance.
- Knowledge of financial systems (ERP, reporting tools, etc.) and security and compliance issues.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and complex problem-solving skills.
- Engaging leadership, political acumen and strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology (SAFe) is an asset.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
