About the role
- Manage employees and contractors
- Manage the workload of resources under your responsibility
- Serve as the operational IT contact for the Networking team
- Be accountable for the delivery of solutions and service provision
- Act as a representative of the organization's IT assets
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in a leadership role
- 5 years in management
- Recognized for transformational leadership
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide or ambiguous transformation programs
- Familiar with agile and SAFe delivery and governance frameworks
- Experience working with vendors (asset)
- Effective stakeholder alignment and governance
- Experience managing governance structures and escalation paths
- Technical and domain expertise; solid understanding of Salesforce, Experience Cloud, CRM, and MuleSoft integrations (asset)
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
- Advanced level of English proficiency
