About the role
- Propose user experiences that support the performance objectives of our tools
- Ensure a coherent, holistic view of the customer experience
- Analyze user journeys to identify pain points and improve navigation
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research
- Produce analysis and communication deliverables to align with cross-functional teams
- Iterate on wireframes and prototypes and clarify the design vision
- Write experience requirements and document design decisions
- Stay current on digital experience best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of UX design experience
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools (Axure, Figma, Miro)
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative UX research
- Ability to connect design decisions to quantitative data
- Strong collaboration skills in multidisciplinary team environments
- Knowledge of the insurance and savings industry (asset)
- Advanced English language skills for conducting user tests and presentations
