About the role
- Gathering information from stakeholders;
- Mapping operational processes related to month-end, billing, provision reversals, and year-end;
- Identifying friction points, dependencies, and risks;
- Collaborating with the Ops team to review critical procedures;
- Producing clear and accessible deliverables (guides, dashboards, process sheets);
- Participating in the implementation of an internal communication plan;
- Contributing to team training and skill development.
Requirements
- Is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Project Management;
- Is recognized for their ability to structure information and simplify complex processes;
- Stands out for their organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy;
- Demonstrates strong facilitation and interpersonal communication skills;
- Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role involves daily interactions with our vendor and English-speaking stakeholders, both verbally and in writing;
- Shows interest in operational environments and portfolio management tools (e.g., Planview).
