About the role

  • Design, deploy and evolve the third‑party risk management framework (governance, policies, processes, tools).
  • Engage key corporate functions (procurement, IT, security, legal, compliance) and business units to ensure consistent application of the framework.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training and coaching activities.
  • Perform independent third‑party risk reviews to ensure objectivity and consistency of practices.
  • Establish monitoring mechanisms and produce periodic governance reports.
  • Monitor trends, best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvements.
  • Serve as the internal subject‑matter reference for third‑party risk management.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in risk management, third‑party governance or cross‑functional program management.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) principles.
  • Holding a risk management certification (CRMP, ORM, CRISC, etc.) is an asset.
  • Fluent in French, both written and spoken.
  • Intermediate level of English.
