About the role
- Collect relevant medical and non-medical information by phone to support claim analysis
- Evaluate new disability claims for eligibility, verify documentation, and follow up on missing information
- Communicate claim decisions to clients via phone and written correspondence
- Process and pay disability benefits in accordance with QPAY guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and update client files using internal systems
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in administrative or finance domain
- Strong ability to assess claims quickly using QPAY criteria
- Proficiency in interpreting contracts, clauses, and procedural documentation
- Strong understanding of QuickPay criteria and exclusions
- Skilled in processing payments and updating internal systems
- Competent in drafting clear and professional letters and emails
- Advanced level of English and French
