About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand the program’s vision, strategic objectives, priorities, and business needs
- Assess organizational and human impacts associated with transformation initiatives
- Provide change management expertise and leadership
- Support partners in defining needs and implementing solutions for sustainable adoption
- Collaborate with sponsors, managers, initiative leaders, project teams, Talent & Culture partners, and stakeholders
- Develop, lead, and execute change management strategies
- Conduct and consolidate stakeholder and impact assessments
- Evaluate cumulative change impacts, human-related risks, and organizational readiness
- Develop strategies, plans, and interventions for engagement, communications, training, risk management, and adoption monitoring
- Participate in program governance forums
- Influence adoption-related decisions and integrate change management perspectives
- Structure and communicate key change messages
- Support communications and governance materials
- Coach leaders as change champions
- Identify interdependencies across initiatives and align with change management specialists
- Ensure consistent application of change management best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in complex environments
- Impactful leadership and strong political acumen
- Ability to influence sponsors, managers, and project teams
- Experience developing and implementing change management strategies, plans, and tools
- Excellent communication, facilitation, synthesis, and message development skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management within a large organization, including organizational transformation initiatives or complex programs
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant field
- Advanced level of French
- Intermediate level of English
- Ability to regularly prepare documentation in English
