• Evaluate and recommend Microsoft 365 and SharePoint capabilities to support business goals.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance considerations are incorporated into project work.
• Support rollout planning, communications, training, and user adoption strategies.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions without leaving users in a digital identity crisis.
