About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide financial leadership and business partnering to the manufacturing organization
Ensure accurate financial reporting and effective cost control
Conduct operational performance analysis and support the Plant Management Team
Act as a strategic business partner ensuring reliable plant controlling
Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, working capital
Perform profitability analyses, product costing, and variance analysis
Prepare annual budget planning and internal/external reporting
Support month-end/year-end closing and cooperate with auditors
Optimize financial processes and reporting tools
Support logistics with inventory and stock count processes
Ensure compliance with IFRS and German GAAP, Group policies, and internal controls

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in Controlling or Finance
Minimum 3 years in the manufacturing environment
Experience with standard costing and manufacturing accounting
Experience with ERP systems
Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA)
Manufacturing & Plant Controlling
Product Costing & Standard Costing
Inventory Accounting
Budgeting & Forecasting
Variance Analysis
CAPEX Evaluation
Financial Reporting
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Power BI (preferred)
