About the role
- Participate in the development of Information Technology plans, strategies and methods, which maximize the department's contribution towards meeting overall company goals and objectives
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to mitigate risks
- Perform regular security audits to ensure compliance with policy
- Analyze emerging threats and develop strategies to protect
- Create and develop security policies and procedures
- Maintain detailed report for all kind of IT security challenges
- Continuously monitor security systems and abnormal behaviors
- Coordinate responses to security incidents or patches to SOC
- Conduct security training and awareness programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Cybersecurity or equivalent
- 5+ years experience as Security Controller
- Knowledge in: CISSP, CISA, Security+
- Strong leadership, analytical and crisis management skills
- Korean and English language is a must for communicating with the HQ, German language is a plus
