About the role
- Support customer research projects and UX surveys at the UX Studio in Frankfurt
- Configure and deploy the UX Studio driving simulator for HMI studies
- Analyze customer data
- Conduct desk research and prepare internal reports
- Assist with UX Studio location and technology management
- Assist with UX/UI prototyping
- Handle prototypes and benchmark vehicles
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program related to UX or customer research (e.g., engineering, psychology, design, computer science, social sciences, etc.)
- Passion for automotive and mobility topics
- Independent, reliable, and flexible working style
- Good command of English
- Proficient with Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint and Excel
- Basic Python programming skills are a plus
- Experience with Figma and ProtoPie is a plus
- Experience in market research is a plus
- Strong intercultural and communication skills are a plus
