About the role
- Monitor and analyze the European automotive market
- Conduct benchmarking and trend analyses related to the procurement process within the automotive industry
- Monitor and manage the supplier pool
- Conduct research for our purchasing department and the Korean headquarters and prepare reports
- Translate documents between Korean, English, and German
- Arrange meetings and business travel for various events
Requirements
- Degree with a focus on engineering, business administration, languages, or a related field
- Experience in sales to automotive manufacturers or in purchasing vehicle parts is an advantage
- Professional experience in Korea or within a Korean corporate environment is a plus
- Understanding of the characteristics of common automotive parts
- Fluent Korean (especially for report preparation), very good English and German skills
- Excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
