About the role
- You will identify new brand and media partners, develop collaborative ideas, and implement them together with our team.
- You will identify opportunities to further develop our projects — through suitable partnerships, brand strength, and creative concepts.
- You will take strategic responsibility for existing collaborations and ensure genuine added value for both parties.
- You will work closely with editorial, project management, and executive leadership — from concept to execution.
Requirements
- Initial experience in partner acquisition, sales, or business development — ideally within media, agency work, or communications.
- Interest in media, digital content, and brands — with a good instinct for suitable matches.
- You work independently, think entrepreneurially, and proactively contribute ideas.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and enthusiasm for teamwork.
