About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support internal teams in connecting their data to the central Data Platform
Assist with setting up data access and infrastructure components, such as IAM roles, Lake Formation, Airflow connections, and secrets
Collaborate on validating data quality and consistency between source systems and the Data Platform
Contribute to improving the Developer Experience, for example through AI-assisted development tools or local development environments
Promote knowledge sharing and help build data expertise across the organization
Support Product and Business teams with the integration of new data sources and migrations to the AWS-based platform

Requirements

What you’ll need

Initial practical experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Data Platforms, gained through professional experience, working student roles, internships, or personal projects
Basic understanding of data modeling and data structuring
Basic knowledge of SQL
Initial exposure to data engineering tools such as dbt, Airflow, and Git
Interest in cloud technologies
Basic understanding of data access, as well as role and permission concepts, is desirable
Strong communication skills
Interest in agile ways of working
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Willingness to take on responsibility and continue developing professionally
