About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Inspect residential, commercial, and specialized properties, both internally and externally
Follow route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team
Complete five pre-planned day trips, with approximately 40 appointments per week across the nationwide service network
Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties in the region
Take measurements and calculate living areas
Document the current stage of construction and any maintenance measures required or carried out
Participate in regular digital communication with colleagues on current team topics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Affinity with the real estate sector and initial experience in the real estate industry, or a strong interest in this field
Ideally, experience with living-area calculations and taking property measurements
Strong communication skills, reliability, and an independent approach to work
Accuracy, conscientiousness, and a strong sense of responsibility
Professional, service-oriented, and friendly manner
Confident use of Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook
Category B driver's license and some driving experience
Very good command of German, both written and spoken
