About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Further development and creation of new microservices for SMART COMPARE
Participation in all phases of software development, from architecture and conceptual design through implementation and quality assurance to documentation
Development and operation of high-performance backend solutions using C#/.NET
Working according to agile methodologies and participating in code reviews
Close collaboration with Consulting, Database Administration, Development, and Support
Actively evolving the platform, sustainably expanding existing applications, and implementing new requirements
Supporting the integration of AI-powered features and automations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Practical experience in backend development with C# and .NET
Experience developing web services, APIs, or distributed applications
Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven applications
Knowledge of at least one of the following technologies: web services, relational database systems, Docker, OpenShift, Jenkins
Initial experience with cloud technologies or AI-based services is a plus
Strong commitment to quality
Excellent German language skills at a minimum C1 level, both written and spoken
