Account Manager B2B – Mortgage Financing
Hypoport SEAccount Manager B2B for construction financing at Finmas supporting Sparkassen to enhance digital market potential. Responsible for upselling and driving digital transformation efforts.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You manage and develop Sparkassen (savings banks) with untapped market potential — digitally and by phone, supplemented by targeted on-site visits.
- You centrally support your Sparkassen partners in increasing their investment volumes and optimizing their mortgage financing processes.
- You actively drive digital transformation and guide Sparkassen in adopting transparent, digital advisory formats.
- You are responsible for upselling and advisory activities and assume revenue responsibility for your partner portfolio.
- You monitor market and competitor developments and derive concrete recommendations for action.
- You organize and support events and exchange formats and work closely with regional Key Account Managers.
- You contribute to internal projects and to the development of our sales and market-area strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed training in the banking or financial services sector or a degree with a focus on finance — career starters after completing vocational training or university are welcome, as are people re-entering the workforce.
- Initial or several years of experience in sales, ideally within the Sparkassen or financial sector — seniority is less important to us if the motivation is right.
- A good understanding of the German mortgage financing market or the willingness to build this expertise with us.
- Strong communication skills and reliability — you feel equally comfortable on the phone and in face-to-face meetings.
- Proof of professional competence under §34i GewO (German Trade Regulation Act) is present or you are willing to obtain it with our support.
- German language skills at native level or at least C1.
- Willingness to travel: you will be on the road nationwide about once a month and should bring the necessary flexibility and mobility.
