Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience building and operating data pipelines, data models, or analytics-engineering solutions in production environments
Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and tools such as dbt and Airflow
Experience with mature or organically grown platforms
Ability to understand complex processes in the installment loan business
Experience with testing, monitoring, sanity checks or similar practices to ensure consistent data
Understanding of AI and automation use cases
Ideally, experience with data protection (e.g., GDPR) and handling sensitive data
Data-product-oriented mindset
