Key responsibilities & impact

Planning, managing and optimizing our performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads
Analyzing campaign performance using relevant KPIs
Developing audience-targeted ad creatives and landing pages
Using web analytics, tracking and reporting tools
Monitoring current developments in digital marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in business administration, marketing, media studies or a comparable qualification
At least three years' experience in performance marketing
Independently planned, executed and optimized campaigns in Google Ads (e.g., Search, Performance Max or Demand Gen), Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads
Solid knowledge of tracking, web analytics and conversion optimization
Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and pixel implementations
Independent working style and readiness to take responsibility
