Business Development Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Initial contact with leads via phone, email & LinkedIn
- Conduct short needs assessments
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain and document all activities in the CRM
- Manage and optimize follow-up sequences
- Participate in weekly pipeline and target check-ins
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication skills, motivation, curiosity & drive
- Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
- Structured approach to work and quick learner
- Desire for growth, feedback & professional development
- German language skills at minimum C1 level, spoken and written
- Some experience in pre-sales is a plus but not required
