About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accompanying, supporting, training and coaching clients
Providing ongoing support to existing clients after implementation of WOWIPORT
Advising on possible extensions and enhancement opportunities
Developing clients' skills in using our products
Close collaboration with Customer Success Management and the Support team
Configuration and custom setup of WOWIPORT modules

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial vocational training or a relevant degree
Ideally a certified financial accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) or willingness to obtain this qualification alongside work
At least 5 years' professional experience in the housing or real estate sector
Understanding of our clients' needs
Ability to develop tailored solutions
Enthusiasm for IT and willingness to visit clients across Germany in person
