Conduct inspections of residential, commercial and specialized properties, both interior and exterior
Responsible for assessing and documenting the technical/building condition of properties
Perform measurements and calculate living areas
Document the current construction status and maintenance activities
Regular digital collaboration with colleagues on ongoing matters

Requirements

What you’ll need

Affinity for real estate
Some experience in the real estate sector
Ideally experience with living-area calculations and measurements
Strong communication skills
Reliability
Independent working style
Precision, conscientiousness and responsible conduct
Professional, service-oriented and friendly demeanor
Proficiency in Office programs such as Excel, MS Teams and Outlook
Valid Class B driver's license and driving experience
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
