About the role
- You independently lead innovation and optimization projects from concept to completion (time, budget, quality, risks).
- You drive process and IT automations and embed improvements sustainably into operations.
- You develop products systematically (concept → MVP → rollout → lifecycle) and define strategy, KPIs, and business cases.
- You facilitate stakeholder formats (workshops, interviews), elicit requirements, and make data-driven decisions.
- You prioritize products and projects using evaluation logics/scoring models and continuously optimize the portfolio.
- You identify growth opportunities, leverage synergies with internal and external partners, and support customer acquisition.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in project and process management and confident use of common methods and tools.
- Solid product development experience: concept, business case, rollout, and lifecycle management.
- Confident use of portfolio and rating methods (strategy frameworks, scoring models) for prioritization.
- Strong facilitation and interviewing skills: soundings, workshops, and deriving decision-ready outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills when interacting with business units, partners, and stakeholders.
- Passion for innovation and a good sense for trends: you turn ideas into actionable initiatives.
- Strong customer and service orientation, team-player mindset, and IT affinity.
- Confident, solution-oriented approach even in dynamic or challenging situations.
