Requirements
- Successful completion of an intermediate secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) by the start of the apprenticeship
- Strong interest in commercial and organizational topics related to insurance and finance
- Good communication skills — written and verbal — and confident use of Office applications
- Motivation, willingness to learn and a drive for continuous personal development
- Team player, reliable and happy to take responsibility in a modern, agile environment
