About the role

  • Develop and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate
  • Connect various systems and data sources to ensure smooth processes
  • Build solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps)
  • Continuously expand and improve existing Dynamics applications
  • Integrate data sources (e.g., Dataverse, Azure, APIs)
  • Develop middleware solutions using appropriate development tools
  • Implement integrated AI modules and modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot)

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics as a customer management system (CRM)
  • Experience with Power Pages/Power Portals is a plus
  • Experience working with Jira and modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot)
  • Enjoy working on custom Dynamics solutions
  • Structured and organized working style
  • Business-fluent German skills, both written and spoken
