About the role
- Design user-centered end-to-end design processes
- Take responsibility for all relevant design steps
- Translate product goals into clear user experiences
- Ensure the user experience across the entire product bundle
- Work closely with Product, Data, Development, Sales and stakeholders
- Continuously test, validate and iterate using prototyping and user feedback
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer
- Ideally in SaaS, platform, growth, or experimentation environments
- Structuring complex product scenarios
- Develop clear UX solutions
- Conduct research, UX concepting and UI design across all relevant phases
- Work in a user-centered way and quickly understand user needs
- Critical thinking and co-ownership
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
