About the role

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with corporate clients in the German mid-market (Mittelstand)
  • Develop tailored strategies to target and engage key decision-makers
  • Intensive relationship management with contacts at existing corporate clients
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the funding landscape during the onboarding phase
  • Develop tailored and sustainable financing strategies
  • Present, discuss and negotiate proposed solutions with corporate clients
  • Manage the development of financing and funding concepts in close collaboration with project managers
  • Provide active support during the implementation phase, acting as the central liaison between the companies and the internal team

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in corporate client sales within a bank
  • Advanced knowledge in corporate financing
  • Initial knowledge of funding programs and grants
  • Successfully completed degree in economics/business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Know-how in financial statement analysis and balance sheet structure management
  • Proven track record in acquiring new clients
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Independent, structured, result- and solution-oriented working style
  • Negotiation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications (especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
