About the role
- Organizational planning and execution of events
- Co-project lead for GENOKON
- Venue scouting and obtaining quotes
- Contract negotiations with venues and service providers
- Coordinate logistics and on-site operations
- Organize participant management and check-in processes
- Provide input for participant communication in collaboration with Marketing
Requirements
- Several years of experience in event management (approx. 3–5 years)
- Experience with events of comparable scale
- Structured, proactive, and reliable working style
- Clear, committed, and solution-oriented communication
- MS Office 365 skills
- German at minimum C1 level
