About the role
- Central management of compliance matters within our company
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Support business units with regulatory requirements
- Planning and support for internal and external audits
- Conduct training in compliance and data protection
- Serve as a point of contact for data protection matters
- Develop automation processes leveraging AI tools
Requirements
- University degree in business law, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in compliance, data protection, quality assurance, or legal roles within regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of implementing regulatory requirements
- Experience with audits and reporting, ideally including ISO certifications
- Structured way of working and ability to work independently
- Affinity for digitization, automation, and AI tools
- Very good German language skills
