About the role
- Acquire new customers from target groups: insurance brokers, housing companies, and insurance carriers
- Present the FIO claims management platform
- Conduct needs analyses and develop tailored sales solutions
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Work closely with marketing and product teams
- Represent FIO at trade shows and events
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of sales experience, ideally in insurance, housing/property management, or software solutions
- Solid understanding of claims management processes and relevant target groups (insurance brokers, housing companies, insurers)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player and self-starter
- Analytical thinking with technical understanding
- Proactively build and maintain a strong industry network
- Willingness to travel
