About the role

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with savings banks (Sparkassen) in your region
  • Support new partner banks throughout their entire onboarding and integration with our FINMAS platform
  • Drive the further development of our partners' product strategies and conduct market and competitor analyses
  • Advise savings banks on digitizing their mortgage financing processes
  • Expand existing business relationships in the area of mortgage financing
  • Organize and facilitate regional exchange forums, workshops, and events

Requirements

  • Completed training in the banking/financial services sector or a degree with a focus on finance
  • Several years of sales experience, ideally within the Sparkassen sector or the financial industry
  • Strong understanding of the German mortgage financing market
  • Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and enjoyment of customer contact
  • Possession of the §34i GewO certificate (proof of specialist knowledge) or willingness to obtain it with our support
  • Self-organized, proactive, and experienced in remote/mobile working
