About the role
- You answer support inquiries about our platform — quickly, clearly and solution-oriented
- You guide new Sparkassen and distribution partners through technical onboarding and act as their competent point of contact
- You strengthen long-term customer relationships — together with Sales and Product Management
- You work digital-first: video chat, email, phone — efficiently, empathetically, on point
- You actively contribute to the further development of our support processes
Requirements
- Vocational training as a bank clerk or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in mortgage financing and certification under §34i GewO would be nice, but are not mandatory
- Nice-to-have: experience in platform business or knowledge of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe
- Interest in technical topics and a desire to really understand things
- Strong communication skills, empathy and enjoyment of teamwork
- Quick comprehension and ability to work independently
- Confident use of MS Office, ideally also experience with CRM systems
